The Institute for Multicultural Counseling & Education Services IMCES as a community clinic provides direct service to underserved target population in our community, and workforce development for clinical training programs to new and emerging professionals.

• Pre-Doctoral Internship

• Postdoctoral Residency

Job description

The Institute for Multicultural Counseling and Education Services, Inc. (IMCES) has an immediate opening for Licensed Psychologists for provision of clinical supervision (part-time or full-time).

Qualifications:

• Licensed in the state of California.

• Knowledge and ability to provide clinical supervision for APA-accredited doctoral and postdoctoral clinical training programs.

• Certification of any EBP (preferred).

• Knowledge of community clinic model of service delivery.

• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and electronic records).

Compensation:

Excellent salary commensurate with experience and benefits including:

• PTO (paid time off personal & professional) 20 days

• Holidays (11 days)

• Retirement 403(b) (based on plan eligibility)

• Member of Training Faculty

• Free EBP Training (cost up to $8,000)

• Free CE Workshop training

o   Full-time will receive 100% benefits

o   Part-time will receive 50% benefits
